These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Sova Peptides. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

1. Research use only

All products supplied by Sova Peptides are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not medicinal products and are not sold for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration, nor for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. No dosing, therapeutic, or medical claims are made about any product.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research organisation, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of the products in accordance with good laboratory practice and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the goods. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where pricing is displayed in error, or where we believe the intended use breaches these terms.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout, and goods are dispatched once payment has cleared.
