Data we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
How we use it
We use your data to process and dispatch orders, to respond to enquiries, to provide Certificates of Analysis, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service — our payment provider, our shipping carrier, and our email provider — and only to the extent required to fulfil your order. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required to meet our legal and tax obligations, and delete or anonymise personal data once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@sovapeptides.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
