How and when your order ships, and how returns work for temperature-sensitive research materials.

Dispatch

Orders placed before our dispatch cut-off on a UK working day are sent the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery

UK orders are sent on a tracked service. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. Delivery times depend on the carrier service selected at checkout.

All orders are packaged discreetly. Lyophilised peptides are shipped in insulated packaging appropriate to the material; short periods at ambient temperature during transit do not affect stability of the freeze-dried product.

Returns

Because our products are research chemicals whose integrity depends on correct handling and cold storage, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or reconstituted vials on safety and quality grounds.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging: contact us within 14 days to arrange a return.
  • Opened, used, or reconstituted vials: non-returnable for safety and quality reasons.
  • Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items: reported within 48 hours are replaced or refunded at our cost.
